The Path We Walk Together

Optimal Healing Environment (OHE)

Healing is most profound when the client is in an Optimal Healing Environment (OHE). The nurse will partner with the client to cultivate an OHE by helping them ascertain their own personal needs, values, joy, passion & purpose, & together they will co-create a path that reinforces their individual version of holistic wellness.

Holistic Self-Care Focus

The partnership between the nurse & client is the baseline for success in achieving measurable wellness goals. In an effort to teach each client how to best care for themself, the nurse helps the client to create an individualized self-care plan that is focused on supporting & regulating their nervous system with holistic tools.

Root-Cause Healing

Holistic Nursing looks beyond the physical, diving deeply into other aspects of wellness such as lifestyle, cultural, emotional, mental, spiritual, sociological, & historical components. Disease manifests over time when systems stay imbalanced without ever returning to baseline due to trauma, stress or environment. Holistic Nursing teaches clients to look beyond the obvious indicators toward the deeper roots of disease & stress, recalling their innate ability to find balance & personal healing in that process.
